Member of the Board, American Biogas Council
An accredited LCFS verifier and Director of Energy Compliance Services at Weaver, Nathalie Hoffman helps alternative fuels producers with LCFS strategy, to register their fuel pathways to generate LCFS credits and to comply with the reporting and other requirements of the regulation. As part of these services, Nathalie regularly interfaces with CARB staff on her clients’ behalf.
With special expertise in connection with RNG pathways, she is on the Board of Directors of the American Biogas Council, where she serves as Co-Chair of its Agricultural Committee.
Nathalie lived in Brazil, is a fluent Portuguese speaker and writer, and has substantial experience with Brazilian biofuels.
In addition to the LCFS, she advises clients on the RFS, particularly in connection with biogas regulatory reform and the D3/D5 RIN split.
Nathalie’s educational background includes a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan, a law degree from UCLA Law School and an MBA from UCLA Anderson’s School of Management. As a lawyer, she was a transactions partner of one of the US’s premiere corporate law firms, Sidley Austin.
She has been a member in good standing of the California Bar for more than 30 years.
